Chile
A journey between extremes, from the driest desert to the mountains of Patagonia.
— Why we chose
Chile
We chose Chile because it is one of the few countries in the world you cross the way you cross a continent. In a single trip you move from Atacama, where some areas haven't seen rain in decades, to the glaciers and wind of Torres del Paine — and, if you wish, to Rapa Nui, the most isolated inhabited island on the planet. We also love it because it is easy to travel: reliable infrastructure, frequent domestic flights, well-trained local guides. That lets us build ambitious itineraries without giving up comfort, and spend more time in places rather than in transit.
